These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HB Battle website (hbbattle.online) and the related player platform (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

HB Battle provides public information pages about mobile gaming tournaments, practical guides, fair-play resources and a player platform for account-related features such as event registration, result reporting and support. The Service is intended primarily for users interested in competitive mobile gaming in Pakistan.

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Certain events may set additional age or residency requirements.

The website content, design, logos and original guides are owned by HB Battle or its licensors. You may view and use the public pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works of substantial portions of the content without prior written permission.

If you submit evidence, messages or other content, you grant HB Battle a non-exclusive licence to use that content for the purpose of operating the Service, reviewing disputes and improving the platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit the content.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. HB Battle does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Tournament schedules, prize information and event availability can change. Public pages are informational; they do not constitute an offer of employment, investment advice or a guarantee of any financial outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HB Battle and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or the applicable event rules, or for operational or security reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
