Contact HB Battle
We want every player to have a clear way to ask questions and report problems. This page explains the best channel for different types of requests so that your message reaches the right place and can be answered efficiently.
Best channel for most issues
If you already have a player account, open the HB Battle player platform (app or web dashboard) and use the built-in Help & Support section. Messages sent from inside the platform are automatically linked to your account ID, recent matches and registration history. This is the fastest way for the team to understand your situation and reply with accurate information.
When you open a support ticket, include:
- A short, clear description of the problem
- The approximate date and time of the event or error
- Any relevant room ID, match ID or tournament name
- Screenshots or short screen recordings if the issue is visual or technical
Do not share your password, OTP, verification code or recovery email contents with anyone claiming to be support. Official support will never ask you to publish those details.
What each type of request should include
Account and login problems
Describe the exact error message you see, the device and browser or app version you are using, and whether you can still receive verification emails or SMS. If you recently changed your phone or email, mention that as well.
Tournament registration or match issues
Provide the tournament name, the scheduled start time, your in-game name and UID if applicable, and a short timeline of what happened. If a room password or ID did not work, note the time you tried to join and any error text shown by the game.
Result reporting and disputes
Follow the published result-reporting process for that event first. If you need a review, attach the required evidence (screenshots of results, short recordings, kill feed if relevant) and explain calmly why you believe a review is needed. Emotional language or accusations without evidence slow the process down.
Privacy and data requests
For requests related to personal data under applicable privacy rules, use the contact method described in the Privacy Policy. Include enough identifying information so we can locate the correct account, but never send passwords.
General feedback and content suggestions
Suggestions about missing guides, unclear explanations or new topics are welcome. You can send them through the in-app support channel or by using the public contact form if one is available on the site. We review feedback regularly when prioritising content updates.
Response times and expectations
Support volume varies with the number of active events. Most account and technical tickets receive a first reply within one to three working days. Complex disputes that require evidence review may take longer. During large multi-day tournaments the team focuses first on urgent match-day problems.
We do not guarantee a reply to every social-media mention or private message sent outside the official channels. Using the official support path is the only reliable way to create a tracked ticket.
Safety reminders
- Never share your password, OTP or recovery codes
- Never pay an individual who claims they can “fix” results or ranks
- Be careful with unofficial groups that ask for deposits outside the official platform
- Report suspected scams through the official support channel with any evidence you have
